Happy Comics #21

Happy Comics #21 is an anthology containing at least two stories: "Little Billy Bear," in which a large dog attempts to evict the titular bear from a house by moving him across the street, only to have Billy return and chase the dog away; and an untitled story featuring a park officer who arrests a hillbilly for illegal fishing, but the charges are dropped when the hillbilly produces evidence that he caught the fish in the park—leading the officer to end up in jail himself for making a false arrest.
