Hap Hazard Comics #17

Hap Hazard stumbles through various misadventures after accidentally ruining a pair of needles and being tasked to fix a broken lock at home. His bumbling attempts to repair the lock backfire spectacularly, leading him to use a ventriloquist's dummy as a substitute solution. Later, Hap becomes entangled in a film production where he's mistaken for an extra, resulting in chaos on set when he antagonizes the temperamental lead actor Enrico Mancuso by insulting his singing voice, ultimately getting knocked around for his troubles.
