Soupie and Goopie are assigned a secret service mission behind enemy lines to scout troop strength and plans, but their bumbling approach—complete with a hilariously failed attempt at speaking the language and pure bluffing at headquarters—somehow lands them the intelligence and their target. These two funny animals prove that a little fast talk and dumb luck can go a long way in wartime.
