Guust chronologisch #15

Volume 15 of Dupuis's chronological Guust series opens on a wonderfully peaceful note — the famously lazy Guust is fast asleep beneath a plush red blanket, ZZZs drifting above him, while his little black-and-white cat curls up nearby, purring contentedly in matching slumber. The title Welterusten, Flater ("Goodnight, Flater") perfectly captures this cozy scene, and the cover art — signed by Franquin — has a warm, gentle humor that reminds you exactly why this Belgian strip has endured so fondly.
