Guardians 3000 #5
In "Just Like Old Times," the Guardians 3000 face a fractured timestream that’s rewritten their past—where their ship survived and Nikki is forgotten—forcing them to navigate a timeline where even their allies don’t recognize them. As Star-Lord leads the team toward the Old Hunger, the sudden hostility of the once-familiar Herald Stormfront reveals just how much has changed, even as they struggle to stay one step ahead of the A-Sentience. Written by Dan Abnett and illustrated by Gerardo Sandoval, with colors by Edgar Delgado and letters by Clayton Cowles, the issue’s cover by Alex Ross captures the haunting shift in their world.

The Guardians realize that the timestream has changed course again, which is why they don't remember Nikki, but in the new timeline their ship was never destroyed so they are able to escape the A-Sentience. Meanwhile, Star-Lord deceives Nova and continues on course to the Old Hunger territory, but Herald Stormfront no longer recognizes the Guardians and attacks them.
