Jessica and Simon undergo Green Lantern training from Guy Gardner and Kyle Rayner. Meanwhile, Volthoom, in possession of Rami's body, is given access to Rami's files and learns of a way for him to return to his home universe, but first he must track down the first seven Green Lantern rings ever issued. Ten billion years ago, we see one of the rings choose a member of the new gods of the third world to be one of the first seven Green Lanterns.
