“Sinestro Part Two”

Part two of "Sinestro" arrives in this New 52 entry from writer Geoff Johns and artist Doug Mahnke. The cover — penciled by Mahnke and inked by Christian Alamy — thrusts Sinestro front and center in his green uniform, surrounded by a gauntlet of threats: a monstrous fanged creature crackling with yellow energy on the left, a grotesque Sinestro Corps member lunging from the right, and a smaller yellow-ringed figure firing a blast below. Swirling around them all is a bone-strewn, skeletal mass that sets an unmistakably dangerous tone for wherever this chapter is headed.
