Kicking off "Citizen's Arrest" with a striking cover by Alex Maleev, this 2018 issue plunges Oliver Queen into a moment of grim vulnerability — Green Arrow kneels bound and defeated, weapons scattered at his feet, while an armored figure looms above him with a massive battle-axe raised for a killing blow. The tagline "The Sins of Oliver Queen" hanging over the scene promises that the emerald archer's past is catching up with him in a serious way. Writers Julie Benson and Shawna Benson, with artist Javier Fernández and colorist John Kalisz on interior duties, look set to put Oliver through the wringer in this opening chapter.
