Part of DC's New 52 initiative, this February 2015 issue of Green Arrow delivers a kinetic cover by Bryan Hitch that plunges readers straight into high-stakes conflict — two figures in green archer costumes grapple and trade blows high above a sprawling city, bows drawn and bodies tangled mid-fall. The third chapter of the "Kingdom" arc, written by Andrew Kreisberg and Ben Sokolowski with interior art by Daniel Sampere, Jonathan Glapion, and Gabe Eltaeb, promises the tension of a hero pushed to his limits. It's a visually gripping installment that makes it very hard to put back on the shelf.
