A brutal close-quarters struggle dominates this April 1996 cover, where a bloodied, bald, powerfully built figure grips an arrow — and Green Arrow himself — in a ferocious, no-holds-barred confrontation, both combatants clearly giving everything they have. Rodolfo Damaggio and Robert Campanella's cover work delivers raw physical intensity, with blood and torn clothing making it immediately clear the stakes in "Viva Los Dragons!" are dangerously high. A solid entry in DC's mid-1990s Green Arrow run, with Dixon scripting and Damaggio on interior art as well.
