Part 2 of the "Robin War" crossover arrives in this February 2016 issue of Grayson, and Mikel Janín's cover sets a genuinely unsettling tone: a figure in a Robin-emblazoned outfit crouches at the center, surrounded and gripped by a tight crowd of individuals all wearing identical pale, expressionless masks. The crimson-washed background amplifies the sense of enclosure and threat, making the lone figure's vulnerability feel palpable. Writers Tom King and Tim Seeley were crafting one of DC's more ambitious event tie-ins of the era, and this chapter — "The Originals" — looks to be right at the heart of it.
