The Good, the Bad and the Undead" — that subtitle alone tells you this Image/Shadowline series has its tongue firmly in its decayed cheek. The cover presents Frank Timmons and a crew of grim, undead gunslingers, with a donkey-riding skeleton and a rifle-toting zombie flanking him up top, while the lower panel drops us into a blood-red sunset showdown on a dusty frontier street. Denton, Mariotte, and Sorat deliver a Western horror mash-up in 2007 that earns its tagline: Hell hasn't come for Frank Timmons — it's already arrived.
