Gorilla Man #3

The finale of this three-part limited series arrives with one of 2010's most arresting covers — Gabriele Dell'Otto renders Gorilla-Man as a snarling, massive presence charging forward through dappled jungle light, twin blades crossed in his massive fists and glowing eyes burning with fierce intensity. It's a fittingly primal send-off for Marvel's most unusual adventurer, and the painted realism Dell'Otto brings gives the character genuine menace and weight. Jeff Parker, Giancarlo Caracuzzo, and Jim Charalampidis close out "The Serpent and the Hawk" with a creative team that's clearly having a great time with this wild, pulpy corner of the Marvel universe.
