Godzilla Legends #5

The giant arachnid kaiju Kumonga takes center stage on this cover, rendered in striking amber and black as it looms over a devastated cityscape of crumbling buildings and tangled webs. It's a fittingly creepy spotlight for one of Toho's most underappreciated monsters, and IDW's Godzilla Legends anthology format gives Kumonga exactly the kind of solo showcase fans have long wanted. A satisfying capstone to this 2012 miniseries.
