Godzilla #4

This 1995 Dark Horse entry pits Godzilla face-to-face — and fang-to-fang — against Bagorah, a fierce bat-like creature whose wings and claws fill the left side of the cover as he gnaws at the King of the Monsters' arm. Arthur Adams' cover art captures the confrontation with vivid energy, the two titans locked in a close-quarters clash against a stormy sky, complete with the taunting caption "Careful, Bagorah… you're biting the hand that'll kill you!!!" If monster-versus-monster showdowns are your thing, issue #4 of Godzilla: King of the Monsters is hard to pass up.
