Lynn and Wes put a down payment on a house where they’ll live when they’re married, but Wes vanishes. Lynn keeps the house and starts a business; Wes, now wealthy, returns but they break up again. She still hopes he’ll come back, then falls in love with Brant. Wes, broke again, shows up and convinces Lynn to sell the house; he squanders the money and she dumps him. Lynn and Brant, who purchased the house, will marry and live there.
