This anthology issue contains three picture-stories. "Daphne of Galleon Cove Camp" follows amnesiac Daphne Ronson at a schoolgirl camp where a stolen book from nearby Galleon House becomes central to mystery; a note thrown into a tent leads Daphne to discover a secret message directing her to a museum meeting, but she finds the cabin locked and the vital letter gone, leaving the thief's identity unsolved. A second story shows dismayed chums foiling two tricksters at work by having them locked in a room, with Frank Manning arriving by rope from a glass roof to assist in the rescue. "That Moroccan Birthday of Surprises" features Wendy Durlston and her brother Dick in Morocco investigating a valuable heirloom called the Star of Shiraz; Narina's birthday celebration provides Wendy the opportunity to search for the artifact, and after receiving directions to a square where camel caravans unload, she spots the sign of three palms and locates Zala's father.
