This anthology issue contains three stories: "Daphne of Galleon Cove Camp," in which schoolgirl campers Bunty Rayner and Pat Simms help their amnesiac friend Daphne Ronson uncover a hooded thief who stole a book and framed her for the crime, with the truth revealed through an anonymous letter. "Molly in Venice" follows a young woman named Molly Barlow on a gondola trip with Signor Lucasio's secretary Tim, where she discovers that Tim is actually the renowned singer Filippo, whose voice she'd admired on a gramophone record. "The Chums' Quest," featuring girls named Sheila and Trudy, involves them searching through an old house for a missing pendulum from a witch's clock, discovering a strange shield weapon in the process. "Karen and the Boy Prince" tells of young Karen Linzel who poses as Prince Stefan of Kalonia to help him recover a jeweled sword, successfully infiltrating a castle and exposing a bogus impostor prince.
