DC's long-running anthology of "True Tales of the Weird and Supernatural" delivers 44 all-new pages with this November 1978 issue, inviting readers in for what the cover calls "The Haunted Honeymoon." Luis Dominguez's cover sets the scene perfectly: a newlywed groom carries his bride across the threshold of what he assures her is a cozy private hideaway — while directly behind them, a glowing, wild-haired specter raises a warning finger amid a gathering of ghoulish figures by candlelight, completely unnoticed by the unsuspecting couple. That "Just Married" sign on the car outside makes the supernatural welcoming committee all the more deliciously eerie.
