Ghostbusters: Displaced Aggression #1
Peter Venkman cuts a striking figure on Kyriazis's cover — decked out in a wide-brimmed hat and sheriff's star, gripping a proton pack weapon with a knowing smirk while chaos erupts below as the rest of the Ghostbusters battle swarms of supernatural foes amid flames and crackling energy. It's a wonderfully offbeat image that signals something has gone very sideways for New York's favorite paranormal team. With Scott Lobdell writing and Ilias Kyriazis handling the full art duties, this 2009 IDW miniseries launches with plenty of style to spare.
