The cover — penciled by Ron Garney and inked by Chris Ivy — renders the scene in a brooding monochromatic wash of deep reds and purples, with a skeletal, skull-faced figure looming enormously in the background while a crouching, ragged humanoid figure holds the foreground in a tense, predatory stance. It's a genuinely atmospheric piece that captures the dark supernatural tone Howard Mackie and Ron Garney were bringing to Ghost Rider at this stage of the title's run.
