Ghost Rider #10
In "The Ghost Rider," a sinister devil-masked villain makes a pact with a gunner named Gale, promising him wealth beyond measure in exchange for evil deeds. The devil summons Jim Manners from the grave and uses supernatural means—including spectral spurs and ghostly bells—to torment and control him, forcing Manners to haunt Gale relentlessly. When Gale attempts to escape by robbing the Lordstown National Bank with help from the devil's black magic, the Ghost Rider pursues him. The sheriff ultimately catches up with Gale, stopping the devil's influence and breaking the supernatural curse that bound Jim Manners to torment his former associate.
