Gene Autry Comics #19

Gene Autry tracks down a dangerous outlaw who has stolen $5,000 from Oscar Wells' bank and kidnapped Wells' daughter Molly and her companion Conchita. Gene pursues the criminal through the desert to Badman's Cove, where he discovers the crook's plan to use the women as hostages while escaping with the stolen cash. In the story titled "The Trick," a sheriff deals with a captured road agent and a scheme involving a stagecoach robbery and eavesdroppers, with Gene working to recover the stolen money and protect those in danger.
