Gen 13 Backlist #[nn]
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis collection reprints the earliest adventures of Gen 13, the teenage superhuman team created by Jim Lee and Brandon Choi, originally published in 1995. It gathers the first seven issues of the ongoing series, following Caitlin Fairchild and her fellow runaway teens as they uncover secrets about their origins and the covert organization that created them. A foundational volume for the WildStorm universe, this trade paperback captures the youthful energy and 1990s comic aesthetic that defined the team's debut era.
"Coming Home" marks a pivotal moment in the Gen 13 saga, as Caitlin and Roxy—now living ordinary lives as a waitress and a Catholic school girl—begin to remember the truth about their past. Written by Mike Heisler and illustrated by Humberto Ramos, with inks by Troy Hubbs, Sandra Hope, and Edwin Rosell, and colors by Wendy Fouts and Digital Chameleon, the story follows their journey to reunite the fractured team. With the help of Lunch and Burnout, they finally track down Rainmaker and face the manipulative Cull, whose influence has shaped their lives in ways they’re only now beginning to understand. The cover, by J. Scott Campbell and Alex Garner, captures the intensity of their return.
