Gen 13 #70

Issue #70 of WildStorm's long-running Gen 13 brings the title into December 2001 with a striking cover by Adam Warren, who both penciled and inked it himself. A dark-haired young woman — wide-eyed and clearly straining against something powerful — thrusts her palm outward as arcs of electricity crackle around her hand and storm clouds churn behind her, the whole image radiating barely-contained energy. With Warren writing and Rick Mays on interior art, this chapter — "Uncle Cloud" — looks to be a solid entry in the team's WildStorm adventures.
