Gambit finds himself in unexpectedly enchanting company on this warm, glowing cover — surrounded by winged fairy figures of various sizes who peer curiously at a luminous open book he holds, their expressions ranging from delighted to wide-eyed wonder. It's a charmingly whimsical image for the Cajun thief, far removed from the rooftop heists you might expect, rendered with graceful linework by Clay Mann. Writer James Asmus and artist Pham round out the creative team for this 2013 Marvel issue that promises an adventure with a distinctly magical flavor.
