The Joes break into groups to attack the embassy. Mr. Theiss-Pinucs tells them they must do it without guns or grenades. The hostages take out some of the terrorists, and discover the bomb is a tac nuke. The Joes take out the rest, and John disarms the nuke. Hawk discovers Theiss-Pinucs is really a secret agent who created the situation to capture the Borovians.
