Cobra has rigged a truck on the London Bridge to explode, destroying the bridge if their demands aren't met, and the van is protected by BATs (Battle Android Troopers) who will blow the bridge if anyone tries to defuse the truck. Action Force flies Sci-Fi in from a mission in Germany to cut the detonator cables with his laser rifle, thus defeating Cobra again.
