G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #261
In "Artificial Intelligence Part 1," Dusty and Cover Girl lead a high-stakes mission in Shazidar, where their team joins forces with Airborne to protect aid workers and children. With limited space on a C-130, Cover Girl must make a tough call to abandon a Chenowth loaded with C-4—only for Joystick to trigger a desperate counterstrike. Meanwhile, in Kansas, Destro and the Baroness battle their way out of the Revanche silo, pursued by the relentless Alpha 001 Prime. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Netho Diaz, with inks by Jagdish Kumar, colors by J. Brown, and letters by Tom B. Long, the cover by Netho Diaz captures the tension of a mission on the edge.
