The Joes who have captured Darklon are heading towards the USS Flagg in a severely damaged Tomahawk copter, with both a severely injured Darklon and Lady Jaye. Jaye forces Flint to save Darklon in order to find out about Cobra's latest plan, and the chopper crashes on the Flagg, but they're saved by Lifeline and Barbecue on board, and all are ok. Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow, Billy, and the Russian Arashikage clan face off vs 2 members of the Blue Ninjas, and Billy is lost in that battle, but Storm Shadow swears revenge as he tells the Russian leader to tell him about these ninjas.
