Ripcord, Brainstorm, Scarlett, Mainframe, and Dial-Tone jump out of a plane into the ocean to investigate Cobra's island. They find a bio-storage tank under a shack. Torpedo, Shipwreck, Covergirl, Wet-Suit, and Keel-Haul investigate a radar reading in the ocean. They find a huge ship dropping an explosive device in the fault line, which will cause a tsunami. They board the ship.
