There's something wonderfully unexpected about a bullet-riddled food truck called "Marvin's Melts" serving as the stage for this issue of Joshua Williamson's G.I. Joe run at Image. Tom Reilly's cover art places a powerfully built, weapon-toting figure atop the battered vehicle, while the truck's cheerful painted mascot below offers a striking contrast to the combat-ready tension above. With Marco Foderà on art and Lee Loughridge on colors, issue #18 looks like a chapter where even a lunch run might come with some serious firepower.
