As the Joes close in, they find the boys not as victims, but seemingly aligned with their captor—raising more questions than answers. Written by Josh Blaylock and illustrated by Tim Seeley, with inks by Cory Hamscher and colors by Hi-Fi Colour Design, this 2003 issue features a cover by Francis Manapul and Cory Hamscher.
