“Superman vs. Imperious Lex Part 1”

In the future, Earth stands as the seat of the United Planets, where Lois Lane presents a bold petition: Lex Luthor’s planet, Lexor, seeks membership. Superman argues for inclusion, recalling how Luthor once built a robotic army to plunder other worlds—only for Superman to dismantle it, collapsing Lexor’s economy. Now, with Luthor vowing revenge, the fate of Lexor hangs in the balance. Written by Mark Russell and illustrated by Steve Pugh, with colors by Romulo Fajardo Jr. and letters by Carlos M. Mangual, the cover by Yanick Paquette captures the tension of a galaxy on edge.

In the future, the United Planets has its headquarters on Earth, and Earth representative Lois Lane presents the council with a petition from Lex Luthor to have Lexor join the United Planets. Superman explains how Luthor had built an army of robots to raid other worlds to enrich Lexor, but once Superman destroyed the robots, Lexor's economy collapsed. Now Superman petitions the UP to consider letting Lexor join, even while Luthor has vowed revenge against Superman.
