Fury: Peacemaker #4
Issue four of six in Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson's Fury: Peacemaker limited series, and the cover by Scot Eaton makes a strong case for why this run earned its Marvel Knights imprint. A steely-eyed soldier in a sergeant's helmet and dark military jacket grips a rifle front-and-center, his glowing red eyes radiating cold menace against a smoldering golden backdrop — while a tangle of barbed wire and desperate, red-lit figures press in from the edges, surrounding him on all sides. It's a taut, siege-like composition that sets a grim, purposeful tone perfectly suited to a story chapter titled "Final Solution.
