Funny Stuff #34
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA delightful slice of postwar funny-animal comics from DC, this 52-page June 1948 issue features a cover by Otto Feuer where an eager cartoon character consults a copy of The Art of Juggling while spinning a plate on a stick — with predictably chaotic results, as a startled frog companion gets pelted by flying cups, saucers, and assorted objects. Feuer's loose, expressive linework gives the whole scene an infectious slapstick energy that perfectly suits the title. At ten cents, this was a cheerful bargain for young readers in 1948.
