An anthology of movie-inspired cartoon stories featuring various characters. "Hector the Specter" follows a cowardly ghost who befriends Jerome the duck and helps haunt a house, though his fearfulness constantly undermines his efforts as a supernatural assistant. In another story, a landlady accepts a revolutionary vacuum cleaner from an inventor, which not only sucks up dirt but makes all debris disappear entirely—and then runs away with the machine while riding it around town.
