Freckles gets drafted into a student body presidential race he absolutely doesn't want any part of, while his friend Hilda genuinely does—and Lard hatches a scheme to sabotage Freckles's campaign so Hilda can win instead. With help from the resourceful Hector, Lard pulls off increasingly ridiculous stunts designed to make Freckles an unpopular candidate, though his efforts keep backfiring in the most unexpected ways.
