Frankenstein Mobster #5

Issue five of Image's Frankenstein Mobster arrives under the stark subtitle "Blood Debt!" — and the cover by Mark Wheatley makes it immediately clear the stakes have gotten personal. The massive, green-skinned Frankenstein figure dominates the foreground, hunched and bloodied as he cradles an injured figure, while a mummy sporting a backwards baseball cap looms behind him holding a lit candle — a collision of classic monster imagery and street-level attitude that's pure Wheatley.
