FML #7

A wide, unsettling grin dominates the foreground of this Dark Horse cover as a purple-hued figure looms large, while a towering test tube holds a second, wide-eyed character trapped inside — a delightfully surreal image that captures the series' blend of dark humor and genuine unease. David López handles every line and color here, and the vivid orange palette against those swirling psychedelic patterns in the "FML" logo gives the whole thing a jittery, off-kilter energy that feels right at home in True Crime Murder territory. Seven issues in, this 2026 series is clearly leaning into its weirdest instincts, and that's a very good thing.
