The concluding chapter of Jeff Lemire's three-part Flashpoint tie-in goes out swinging, as Doug Mahnke's cover depicts Frankenstein and a red-haired female companion standing back-to-back — sword and pistol raised — while a massive armored mech towers behind them and a werewolf, a skeletal figure, and a small green creature crowd the foreground. It's a last-stand image crackling with electric energy and genuine monster-movie atmosphere, a fitting send-off for this ragtag crew.
