The cover of this June 1994 issue says it all — the Scarlet Speedster is dangling upside-down from what appears to be the side of a massive vehicle or structure, fingers barely maintaining that tenuous "Get a Grip!" hold while the city sprawls far below. Mike Wieringo and José Marzán Jr. bring a wonderfully dynamic, slightly comedic energy to the scene, capturing a Flash who looks equal parts determined and alarmed. Mark Waid's "Out of Time" promises the kind of fast-paced storytelling that made this creative team's run so satisfying for fans in 1994.
