While fighting Wally West in the Flash Museum, Professor Zoom reveals how he came to the 20th century to meet his hero Barry Allen, but arrived at the wrong point in time. He discovered that he was destined to die at the hands of Barry Allen later on in his own personal timeline as a villain, and his mind snapped. When Wally's cohorts arrive, Zoom flees, but later draws Wally out for a final fight at the Flash Museum, where Wally tricks him into returning to his proper time.
