This anthology issue contains multiple romance stories. "My Foolish Heart" depicts a girl's regret after she breaks up with a kind boyfriend to pursue an older man who ultimately abandons her, leaving her to realize her mistake. "Take My Number" follows Sally, who is torn between her steady boyfriend Larry and a charming singer named Johnny Tiel; after Larry leaves her, she dates Johnny but eventually realizes Larry was the better choice and tries to win him back. "How He Came to Kiss Me" shows a woman recounting how her first kiss with Greg happened spontaneously when he squeezed past her in a doorway, and how she later discovered he was just as nice as she thought when they reconnected after a brief separation.
