Part two of the Elemental War arrives in this 1989 DC issue, and Tom Mandrake's cover sets the tension perfectly — a blazing Firestorm, wreathed in fire and streaking forward in his red suit, faces down an enormous, looming elemental face that fills nearly the entire left side of the image with an eerie, swirling presence.
