Part of BOOM! Studios' "Blue Sun Rising" arc, this 2020 installment of Greg Pak's Firefly run delivers a cover by Marc Aspinall that's equal parts tense and atmospheric. Dominating the composition is a sharp-eyed woman wearing an eye patch, her expression steely as she raises a pistol toward the viewer, while spacecraft streak through a hazy sky behind her and ground-level figures — including what appears to be a child and an older soldier — brace amid the chaos. With interior art by Lalit Kumar Sharma, inks by Daniel Bayliss, and colors by Marcelo Costa, this issue looks every bit as gripping as the 'verse deserves.
