This issue contains four stories: "Overtime Soldier," in which a soldier recognizes Rudolf Gerhardt, a Nazi war criminal, in an S.S. uniform and pursues him across a war-torn German town, ultimately destroying him; "2 Against 1000," depicting soldiers Riley and Shartek assigned to slow down enemy advances across a border while outnumbered, using tactical planning and limited supplies to hold their position; a third untitled story about soldiers in foxholes planning a supply run and executing an ambush strategy against approaching enemy forces; and "Cousin Rudolph," featuring conflict among soldiers in a military unit.
