Fight Comics #86

Fight Comics delivers exactly what its title promises — the cover by Bill Benulis and Jack Abel captures Tigerman mid-brawl, fists flying as he battles multiple opponents across a crumbling wooden structure, with a snarling tiger's head looming dramatically overhead. Billed as "The One-Man Atom Squad," Tigerman dominates the chaotic scene while his adversaries tumble and scramble around him in full pulp-action glory. This 1954 Fiction House entry, featuring the interior story "The Legion of the Lost" with art by George Evans, is a fine example of the era's two-fisted adventure comics at their most energetic.
