When Blimpy poses as a detective to sneak into the circus free, he stumbles onto a sabotage operation hidden beneath the big top—complete with an underground arsenal and enemy agents working to steal military secrets. With the help of a tattooed man, a circus elephant, and more than a little luck, this bumbling detective has to stop Stoop and the other saboteurs before they pull off their scheme. It's a madcap romp through the midway that proves sometimes the best mysteries get solved by accident.
