This February 1940 anthology from Quality Comics packs an impressive lineup onto a single cover — portrait boxes for Mickey Finn, The Doll Man, Jane Arden, Captain Fortune, and a row of strip characters across the masthead, all anchored by a tense central scene featuring a black-masked figure in a blue suit looming over a bewildered man in a deerstalker cap, while a wide-eyed blonde woman asks the pointed question: "But Vincent — if YOU are the Clock, who is THAT behind you?" Ed Cronin's cover art sets a wonderfully suspenseful mood, teasing the mystery within "The Metropolis Museum Mystery."
